These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The Bridal Blueprint platform and website operated by Caléo LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use The Bridal Blueprint. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

The Bridal Blueprint is offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the rate for your selected plan.

Founding member pricing is locked in for as long as your subscription remains active without interruption.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access until then.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all plans. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your first payment, contact us at admin@caleobride.com for a full refund. Refunds are not available after 30 days.

All content on The Bridal Blueprint — including text, tools, design, graphics, and course materials — is the property of Caléo LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written consent.

6. Elite Consultations

Elite plan subscribers receive 2 expert planning consultations per calendar year. These sessions are non-transferable, non-refundable once booked, and do not roll over. Consultations are conducted via video call through our scheduling system.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that results will meet your specific expectations. Wedding planning outcomes depend on individual circumstances.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caléo LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through binding arbitration.
